 Artspace Online is dedicated to helping Seattle's emerging artists make, promote, and display their work, and to connect them with the things they need to survive and grow. (Seattle, WA) CoCA the Center on Contemporary Art (CoCA) is a non-profit organization located in Seattle, dedicated to serving the Pacific Northwest as a regional forum for the advancement and understanding of contemporary art. Over the past fifteen years CoCA has been responsible for making adventurous connections between music, performance and the visual arts that have resulted in lasting changes in the way this community looks at and defines contemporary culture. Eastern Washington Watercolor Society Kirkland Arts Center was founded as the Creative Arts League in 1962 by a group of artists and citizens interested in providing local opportunities in the arts and concerned about the preservation of a Kirkland landmark, the Peter Kirk Building. Offers classes, events, and lectures. Northwest Bead Society in Seattle, Washington, was founded in 1983, as a non-profit organization open to anyone with an interest in beads. Northwest Stone Sculptors Association founded in 1985 to provide access to professional trade information and to promote stone sculpture in the Northwest. The membership (over 200) is comprised of artists mainly from western Canada and the USA. Seattle Artist Guild This newly-formed group offers support for visual artists living in the Seattle area. Seattle Women's Caucus for Art Local chapter of the national organization supporting visual artists. |
