1426 S. Jackson is a visual art building in Seattle. I've got 2 floors with 18 studios. It's in a good location, with parking, 24-hr access, (no live-in), on bus routes, and with sinks, kitchen, phone.

I'm grabbing another floor of space in my building in September or October, and renovating it into more studios. They should be ready for Nov. 1. Right now there are 2 rooms already in built out, and another large area not divided up yet. Get in touch asap if interested. I have some floor plan ideas, but can vary my plans if you contact me soon enough.
It's looking like it will cost approx. $1.10 per square foot per month, which will include all utilities. I'm planning to have 2 or 3 rooms @ $250/month (16' x 18'), as well as some larger sizes, up to 20' x 60' possible.
