Two artists wanted to share a loft space in the Pioneer Square area by Artists Gallery and the Convention Center. $350/mo to share 800 sq ft. loft space with 15 ft. ceilings, bathroom, kitchen sink, and one finished loft area. unfinished walls throughout and open to suggestions. Not a live-in space unfortunately, otherwise I'd be living there.
