ARTISTS WANTED TO SHARE LIVE/WORK/GALLERY SPACE

I'M LOOKING FOR 2 OR 3 NON-SMOKING, RESPONSIBLE M/F HOUSEMATES FOR AN END OF JULY/BEGINNING OF AUG. MOVE INTO A NEW ARTSPACE. HERE'S THE SCOOP...

I'M LEASING AN OLD HISTORIC LIVE/WORK/COMMERCIAL SPACE NEAR DOWNTOWN BREMERTON'S EVOLVING ARTS DISTRICT. IT'S FULLY FUNCTION, BUT AN "AESTHETIC WORK IN PROGRESS". FROM SEATTLE, IT'S A 1/2 HOUR PASSENGER FERRY RIDE (1 HOUR WITH VEHICLE) AND THEN ABOUT A 15 MINUTE WALK (SHORTER BY BIKE OR CAR) FROM THE FERRY DOCK. RENT WILL DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF HOUSEMATES. WITH 3 OTHER ARTISTS, I'M CHARGING $400/MONTH ($400 DEPOSIT) . WITH 2 OTHER ARTISTS, I'M CHARGING $600/MONTH ($600/DEPOSIT). BOTH ARRANGEMENTS INCLUDE UTILITIES AND WEEKLY HOUSECLEANING SERVICE. ALSO, I HAVE A '97 FORD F-150 SUPERCAB TRUCK THAT I WOULD SHARE IF A FAIR ARRANGEMENT COULD BE WORKED OUT.

· HOUSEMATE #1 - GETS THE LOFT BEDROOM WITHIN THE "BARN" (LOCATED JUST BEHIND THE STOREFRONT BUILDING); SKYLIGHTS (YOU SHARE DOWNSTAIRS LIVING AREA AND FULL BATH (SHOWER/NO TUB) WITH HOUSEMATE #2).

· HOUSEMATE #2 - GETS THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM LOCATED WITHIN THE "BARN" WITH A PARTIAL FLOOR TO CEILING SPACE; SOME SKYLIGHT AREA (YOU SHARE BATH AND LIVING AREA WITH HOUSEMATE #1)

· HOUSEMATE #3 - GETS THEIR OWN SPACE WITH ˝ BATH IN THE REAR BUILDING. (YOU SHARE FULL BATH WITHIN STOREFRONT BUILDING)

ALL HOUSEMATES SHARE ONE KITCHEN AND DINING AREA LOCATED IN STOREFRONT BUILDING; HAS NEW APPLIANCES…RANGE AND OVEN, FRIDGE/FREEZER, WASHER/DRYER AND PLENTY OF PANTRY/SHELVING SPACE. THERE'S ALSO A LARGE GARDEN SPACE TO SHARE/DEVELOP IN ADDITION TO THE OUTDOOR WORKSPACE LISTED
BELOW.
